  • We're the parent company behind two employer-paid employee benefits — AutoCerts Essentials (ACE) and Total Tech Protection (TTP). We're headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, and we distribute exclusively through the PrismHR Marketplace to PEOs and ASOs, who in turn offer the benefits to their employer clients.
  • No. Neither ACE nor TTP is a health, medical, dental, or vision product, and we have no involvement with health data or HIPAA-covered information. ACE protects vehicles. TTP protects personal electronics. That's the whole story.
  • Through the standard PrismHR enrollment flow. Once we recieve notice of an employee's enrollment, We provision coverage as of the employer's effective date and the employee can start using the benefit immediately — one phone number per product.
  • It depends on the configuration. Employer-paid (EB) tiers start at roughly $24/month for ACE Individual and $20/month for TTP Individual. Employee-paid (VB) tiers cost the employer nothing — employees fund the benefit through payroll deduction. Family pricing is available on both products.
  • On the employer-paid Individual tiers, ACE delivers a documented 210% ROI against the absence-recovery savings basis. Across a small workforce, recovering a single no-call no-show pays for the program for that employee for the year.
  • Yes. ACE coverage is portable via private-pay ACH continuation — the former employee can keep their benefit by setting up a direct bank draft. TTP continuation is in beta; details available on request.
